Propane Tanker Driver with Drug History Allegedly Drove Erratically Through Concord, Charged with OUI
Michael Bain, 43, of Peabody, was arrested Thursday on Route 128 in Lexington he was reportedly driving erratically in Concord.
State Police on Thursday charged a propane tanker driver with OUI (drugs) on Route 128 in Lexington.
Michael Bain, 43, of Peabody, was arrested at about 11:30 a.m. on the southbound side of the highway. Police said he has previously been charged with drug possession.
Police said Thursday at about 11:15 a.m., they received a report that Bain was driving erratically in Concord. State Trooper Angela Guerrera caught up to Bain and found drugs in the vehicle, police said. Police did not identify the substances.

Bain was also charged with negligent driving, drug possession (subsequent offense), and a lane violation.
He was held at the Concord barracks pending a bail hearing.
