Concord Jewelry Thieves Caught After Chase, Cops Say
Clifton Pinion and Tara Felts were arrested Friday morning

Police early Friday morning said they captured two jewelry thieves after a chase involving a K-9.
Clifton Pinion, 37 and Tara Felts, 30, allegedly broke into Artinian Jewelers on Main Street sometime before 4 a.m. A burglar alarm tipped off police, who said they found the couple racing away from the scene in a vehicle. The chase ended on Baker Avenue near the old Concord Elks Lodge. Felts was apprehended on the spot, while Pinion was caught a short distance away by a State Police K-9.
Police said they found racks of jewelry in the couple’s car.
