Concord Police Log: OUI Arrest; Aggressive Dog; Girl Rides on Hood of SUV
The following are excerpts from the Concord police log. An arrest or charge does not indicate a conviction.
Sat., March 28
- 1:12 a.m. Following a traffic stop on Simon Willard Road, James Lamb, 22, of Acton, was charged with OUI (liquor), negligent driving, and failure to stop/yield. A passenger in his vehicle was transported home.
- 9:29 a.m. An aggressive dog was reported on Hayward Mill Road.
- 11:58 a.m. A man on Walden Terrace said another man called him and said he was in danger and drunk. Police called the number back and the man said there was no emergency.
- 4:59 p.m. A man on Concord Greene said someone damage his vehicle mirror.
- 5:04 p.m. A caller said there was a drunk driver in a blue Volkswagen hatchback near the Concord Depot. Police didn’t find anyone matching that description.
- 9:28 p.m. A caller said a teenage girl was riding on the hood of an SUV on Bradford Street. Police were unable to find the vehicle.
- 10:14 p.m. Carlisle police asked for help clearing out a house party.
Sun., March 29
- 12:12 a.m. A cab driver said he had drunk customers who refused the pay their fare on Nathan Pratt Drive. A police officer responded and by that time the dispute was resolved.
- 4:32 p.m. A man said a dog bit him on Lexington Road.
