Free Me From Psychiatry - 25 Years of My Life Taken Away

Written Statement from lady claiming to be wrongfully imprisoned and greatly harmed by the mental health system since age 12.

Below is an affidavit by a courageous lady who is willing to tell the public how psychiatry has wrongfully held and greatly harmed her by forced-drugging since age 12. It is far past time to take power away from psychiatry as their drugging and electroshock have destroyed hundreds of thousands of lives in the name of help.

My name is Tiffany Whitt of Bedford, MA and the following is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

At age 12, I was forced to take psychiatric drugs due to a non-violent argument with my mother. Although I was generally a happy child, my mother’s mistreatment of me would cause me to be angry at times. She and my sisters drove me to Westwood Lodge in Westwood, MA wherein I was abandoned for a year. That was my first wrongful hospitalization.

My mother had an alcoholic father and she abused me by beating me with a huge leather work belt with round, hard metal rings. She would beat me on my knuckles and naked body until I had welts on my body and bled. She would also beat me with anything she could find such as rulers.

When in Westwood Lodge, they started drugging me which gave me suicidal thoughts. They have put me on many harmful psychiatric drugs over the years and I feel they caused suicidal thoughts at age 12 and age 18, but not since. Drugs that I was on such as Prozac have side effect warnings about increasing the risk of suicidal thoughts in children and young adults and this is what I feel caused these reactions. It is not my basic personality. The antipsychotics have been forced to take have cause several other serious side effects as I will explain later.

I was sent to many psychiatric hospitals by my mother out of spite because I wanted to be independent and did not want to follow her very strict rules.
The psychiatrist who is currently abusing me with needless forced-drugging is Dr. Sangeeta Banerjee of Concord, MA. I am also being abused by Sandy L. (unsure of spelling of her last name) of Eliot Human Service, Laura Page and Eileen Bernard. The judge on the case is in Marlboro, MA court but I do not know his name. These are only a few of the people harming me through unnecessary forced-drugging.

I am 37 years old and my mother is now decease. She even admitted that I had no need for psychiatric drugs and tried to get the psychiatric and legal authorities to get me off them.

I do not need a guardian or psychiatric drugs. I am competent and able to take care of myself without the drugs and am ready to prove it. There has never been a reason to keep me in the psychiatric system as I have never been violent, suicidal or restrained in a psychiatric facility. I have never hallucinated, heard voices or talked to myself. I haven’t been in a psychiatric hospital for over three years.

The reason I want to be off the psychiatric drugs is the extreme harm that they have caused me. The 50 mg Risperdone shots they inject into me every two weeks are excruciatingly painful and leave large, hard lumps from after being injected that never go away. The psychiatric drugs have also caused me shaking, drooling, small seizures, lethargy, jitters, a horrible memory, and severe chest pains and shortness of breath that have caused me to be rushed to emergency rooms several times.

Additionally, I get sharp shooting pains from the drugs all over my body, migraines, and when they cause me do drool at night, it stains up my pillow. Because of the psychiatric drugging, I am nearly blind because it makes my eyes very blurry. The drug makes me feel like I’m in a fog and causes me to have nightmares and insomnia. I wake up at all hours of the night and cannot get a good night’s sleep. The drugs make me robotic like a zombie and this, of course, makes it very difficult to hold down a job.

I have also had horror stories wherein people in psychiatric facilities have spit on me and physically attacked me. I have never had a mental illness and it isn’t right that these psychiatrist and other mental health workers have used the courts and their power to harm me through childhood and my entire adult life while they keep collecting money to do so.

I give Citizens Commission on Human Rights permission to use my statement and any other evidence that I may provide them internally, with the media, government officials, the internet or with whomever else they wish.

Sincerely,
Tiffany Whitt
