As part of an exciting new exhibition called Middlesex County Modern opening to the public on Friday, October 9, 2015 through March 20, 2016, the Concord Museum presents a fun, series of programs this October. Many events are FREE and for the true “modern” enthusiast there is also a Modern House Tour and a Living Modern Seminar. Discover Middlesex County’s rich variety of midcentury modern homes on this distinctive tour of private homes in Concord, Carlisle, Lincoln, Belmont, and Weston. Architects represented include Walter Bogner, Carl Koch, Edwin Goodell, Marvin Goody, and John Quincy Adams, with seven homes built from the 1930s to the 1960s.
