Police Log: Motor Vehicle Accident; Warrant Arrest; Possible Road Rage Incident

The following incidents were documented in the Concord Police logs.
Motor Vehicle Accident
At approximately 9:45 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 10, police responded to Old Marlboro Road for a report of a single motor vehicle accident, in which a utility pole was snapped in half. The operator of the vehicle was transported to Emerson Hospital with injuries, and Verizon was notified of the damage to the pole.
Traffic Violations/Warrant Arrest
Shortly before 10 a.m. on Saturday, police initiated a motor vehicle stop on Elm Street, resulting in the arrest of Jairo Deleon Guzman, 26, of Waltham, on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant from Waltham, unlicensed operation of a vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulation.
Possible Road Rage Incident
At approximately 11:50 a.m. on Saturday, police received a call from a motorist traveling on Main Street toward the Acton town line, reporting an erratic driver behind him, tailgating, hooking the horn, and swearing at him. Police attempted to make contact with the operator of the second vehicle but were unsuccessful.
