POLL: What Should Be Concord's Top Priority in 2012?

We're a couple weeks into the New Year, right around the time many resolutions begin to fade and people resume their normal habits. For others though, the resolve to improve something in their lives may still be strong enough to keep them focused and diligent about losing weight, quitting smoking, saving money, spending more time with the kids, or whatever it may be.
