- Selectmen discussed purchasing the Perry Farm. The sale required a $1,000 deposit.
- After discussion with town officials, John Boynton decided not to sell the West Concord train depot to the Town of Concord.
- Snow removal costs for season would lead to an increase in the 1988 tax levy, officials believed. They asked Town Meeting members to approve a 4.33 percent increase for FY88.
- Officials agreed that the Elks Club violated its license after operating for six weeks without an approved manager.
