Woman Charged with OUI with Dog in Vehicle, Hit-and-Run, Tax Fraud: Concord Police Log
The following are excerpts from the Concord police log. An arrest or charge does not indicate a conviction.

Mon., April 20
- 11:45 a.m. A man on Sarah Way said he was the victim of identity theft.
Tue., April 21
- 12:19 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Thoreau Street, Ewa Harabasz, 57, of New York, was charged with unlicensed driving and failure to use caution.
- 12:26 p.m. A woman on Walden Street said she was the victim of tax fraud.
- 1:30 p.m. A pregnant woman was involved in a crash on Route 2. She was not seriously hurt.
- 2:15 p.m. A driver on Bedford Street said someone hit his vehicle then took off. There was no visible damage.
- 2:30 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Route 2, Kevin Mathi, 52, of Quincy, was arrested on a warrant.
- 5:42 p.m. A woman on Hillside Avenue said she was the victim of tax fraud.
- 7:12 p.m. Following a report of a woman having a medical emergency at Nine Acre Convenience, Geraldine Marro, 66, of Setaucket, N.Y., was charged with OUI (liquor). Police said she had a dog in the car and the vehicle had some damage. The dog was handed over to animal control.
