• Nine Injured in Washington Mountain Road Crash, Prompting Mass-Casualty Response (iberkshires.com) — Nine people were injured Sunday in a multi-vehicle rollover crash on Washington Mountain Road in Dalton, triggering a mass-casualty response but resulting only in apparently minor injuries. Dalton firefighters, police, and multiple neighboring ambulance crews coordinated to treat and transport all patients to Berkshire Medical Center, while officials continue investigating and plan to cite the driver whose Jeep allegedly had improper equipment.
