Advance Care Planning Presentation at Peabody Institute Library

Mary Crowe, Director of Professional and Community Education at Care Dimensions, will present a program at Danvers Library

On October 1, at 7 p.m. Mary Crowe, LICSW, ACHP-SW, Director of Professional and Community Education at Care Dimensions, will present a program at the Peabody Institute Library, Danvers.

Mary Crowe’s program, “Making Decisions When It Matters Most: Conversations about Healthcare Proxy, Five Wishes and More,” will inform attendees about advance care planning and related issues. This program empowers people to advocate for their healthcare wishes with family, friends, and medical professionals, as well as providing practical tools for setting up advanced directives.

The program is among the diverse community educational programs offered by Care Dimensions to a variety of audiences, including faith communities, businesses, professional associations, civic clubs, public libraries, senior centers and other community groups who want to learn more about various aspects of end-of-life care, grief, advance care planning and other topics.
