All Saints Raises $3500 for the International Medical Corps
In Support of their Humanitarian Work in Ukraine, All Saints has raised dollars to support those clinicians preparing for deployment.

DANVERS, MA --Amid the increasingly desperate humanitarian crisis in war-torn Ukraine, where Russia doubles down in its brutal, unprovoked conflict against civilians, specially trained teams from the International Medical Corps (IMC) are on the ground expanding access to medical and mental health services for those living in and fleeing from affected areas.
Responding to their deep concern and desire to do something to help, parishioners at
All Saints North Shore have been fundraising for IMC, the organization in which one of its congregants has served in the past, in Haiti, following a catastrophic earthquake.
All Saints has already raised $3500 for IMC and invites the community of the North Shore to join by donating directly to IMC or by sending a check made out to IMC to All Saints Episcopal North Shore, 46 Cherry Street, Danvers, MA 01923. All donations will be forwarded directly to the International Medical Corps headquarters to support those who are awaiting future deployment.
IMC is offering emergency health services, water, sanitation, medicines and medical supplies for children, families and communities who have lost everything.
According to its Website, IMC has been a first responder since 1984, providing “relief to those struck by conflict, disaster and disease—no matter where they are, no matter what the conditions—working with them to recover, rebuild and gain the skills and tools required for self-reliance.”
After the need for immediate disaster relief has passed, IMC shifts “from emergency medical response to long-term medical support and provides resources and training to help local staff offer a range of services—including healthcare, food, water and sanitation support.
