"Feedback from both participants and staff has been overwhelmingly positive," Town Manager Steve Bartha said. "We have hired graduates to work for the town, have appointed graduates to serve on boards and committees, and have seen graduates share their new knowledge by answering questions on social media, attending public hearings, and engaging in the democratic process."
