Danvers To Host Race Community Conversation Series

The series of discussions will be held each Thursday at the Peabody Institute Library in Danvers starting July 6.

DANVERS, MA — The public is invited to a weekly series of community conversations on race and oppression starting on July 6 at the Peabody Institute Library in Danvers.

Organizers said those attending do not need any prior experience to join the discussion — only an open mind and a desire to engage.

This series is guided by texts such as "So You Want to Talk About Race" by Ijeoma Oluo, "How to be an Anti-Racist" by Ibram X. Kendi, and other texts that have become part of the anti-racist canon.
