Danvers Power Outage Thursday Morning
The town said the area of Mildred Road would be without power for about 90 minutes Thursday morning.
DANVERS, MA — Some Danvers residents were a little damp and in the dark for the first day of school Thursday morning.
The town said there was a power outage in the area of Mildred Road shortly after 9 a.m.
The outage was expected to last about 90 minutes.

No cause for the outage was given.
It was the first day of school in the town as buses and the traffic of parents driving students to school in the rain added to a soggy, congested morning.
