Endicott Park/dog park

Good morning. To all the people who use Endicott Park (which use to be
so nice) if you are not in the dog park your dog needs to be on a leash,
that is the law. And please for the love of god pick up your dogs
leavings (this has become a disgusting problem) the park provides both
bags and disposal places. The rules apply to everyone! Enough with
ruining this once lovely place.
