Northeast Arc Hires Director of Foundation & Corporate Engagement

The Northeast Arc, a not-for-profit organization that helps children and adults with disabilities become full participants in the community, has hired Susan Ring Brown in the newly created role of Director, Foundation & Corporate Engagement.

In her role, Ring Brown will be responsible for managing and executing all grant proposal processes for foundation and corporate requests for the most well-known provider of comprehensive disability services in Massachusetts. She will be making funders aware of how the organization’s Center for Linking Lives and countless other initiatives are changing lives every day.

This is a return to the Northeast Arc for Ring Brown who previously worked for the organization in a variety of roles, including: Development Project Manager, Chief Development Officer, Director of Development, and Grants Manager.

Ring Brown’s professional experience also includes leadership roles at The Baker Center for Children & Families (Judge Baker Children’s Center), Communitas (aka EMARC), and Triangle, Inc.

Ring Brown, who lives in Beverly, earned a Master of Science in Public Affairs from the McCormack Institute at the University of Massachusetts, Boston and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
