Topsfield Fair Thursday: 38 Special Takes The Stage
The southern rock band known for hits "Hold on Loosely" and "Caught up in You" performs at 7 p.m.

TOPSFIELD, MA — After Frankie Avalon turned back the clock to the 50s and 60s at the Topsfield Fair Wednesday night, Thursday fairgoers will have a chance to leap into the 70s and 80s with southern rock band 38 Special takes the stage.
The band known for the hits "Hold In Loosely" and "Caught Up In You" will caps the day at the fair when they take the main stage at 7 p.m.

The Topsfield Fair is open through next Monday with altered hours for its 2021 return following a one-year hiatus because of the coronavirus health crisis.
