Harney has an enthusiastic following of pet parents who value her expertise and appreciate the way their dogs respond to her loving care. She holds a Professional Dog Grooming Certification from the Massachusetts Academy of Canine Cosmetology, and is a graduate, with a B.S. in Animal Science, from Texas A&M University .
