Dedham DPW: Pine Street Paving Project Rescheduled
Find out when the project will begin this summer.
An effort to repave portions of Pine Street in Dedham set to begin this week has been rescheduled, the Dedham Department of Public Works announced Tuesday.
The project, originally scheduled to begin Monday, July 28, has been delayed due to ongoing utility work by NSTAR and will now begin on Monday, Aug. 18, DPW officials said.
The project will include the reclamation of the roadway, grading and asphalt paving, according to the Dedham DPW. The first portion of the project will include cutting, removing and repaving the sidewalk along Pine Street and preparing the road to be milled and overlaid, according to the announcement.
