Nearly two dozen Dedham residents are set to ride in the 35th annual Pan-Massachusetts Challenge this weekend.
On Saturday, Aug. 2 and Sunday, Aug. 3, 20 riders from Dedham will take part in the event, which will welcome 5,800-some cyclists aiming to raise $40 million to support adult and pediatric patient care and cancer research at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute through the Jimmy Fund.
The ride runs through 46 towns across Massachusetts, and PMC cyclists choose from 12 different routes of varying mileage designed to cater to all levels of ability.
