Dorchester Man Arraigned on Drug Charges After Dedham Arrest
The 24-year-old faces five drug-related counts.

A Dorchester man, formerly of New York City, faces three counts of distribution of a Class A drug, possession of a Class A drug and selling within 1,000 feet of a school zone.

Stiben Sanchez-Mejia, 24, was arrested Friday afternoon after a month-long investigation where police alleged he sold 2 grams of heroin to an undercover officer on three occasions.
One of those deals, on May 10, was at , which is within 1,000 feet of , according to court documents.

Police also allege that he sold drugs to the same undercover officer on May 15 and on May 18, the date and Norfolk County Police Anti-Crime (NORPAC) arrested Sandchez-Mejia.
Sanchez-Mejia was arraigned Monday in and was held without bail. He is due back on July 19 in West Roxbury District Court.
