New Mediterranean Restaurant Opens In Dedham: Reports
The restaurant opened in March, according to reports.
DEDHAM, MA — A new restaurant opened in Dedham, according to reports.
"MEZŌ Mediterranean opened its doors last month at 551 High St. in Dedham Square. Co-owner George Panagopoulos also owns Dedham House of Pizza a few hundred feet away at 376 Washington St., which his family started 28 years ago," a WickedLocal story said.

"The intimate, 24-seat restaurant centers around an open kitchen, allowing guests to experience the energy and craftsmanship behind each dish," per the National Herald. "The space blends contemporary finishes with traditional Mediterranean elements, including handcrafted pottery, olive trees, oak wood, ceramic furnishings, colors of the shorelines of the Mediterranean, and a bougainvillea installation curated by Dedham Square neighbors Courtyard Florist."

"Signature offerings will include traditional plates like moussaka (eggplant lasagna), paidakia (grilled lamb chops), chicken gyro, pork souvlaki, biftekia (meat patties), and gemista (stuffed peppers), along with an extensive selection of meze, salads, wraps, pitas, house-made soups, and hot sides like fasolakia (string bean sauté) and roasted lemon potatoes," according to WhatNow.

"MEZŌ Mediterranean also serves a selection of house-made soups, salads, pitas and sides," MassLive said. "Meanwhile, the restaurant also has beverages from Stratos Coffee and imported Greek soft drinks in addition to Mediterranean beers, wines and spirits."
