This is a fundraiser for the Town of Dedham . This temporary position includes riding in the "Mayor's Car" in the Flag Day parade and also "Judicial Duties" at Dedham Day in September.

The candidate with the most "votes" wins and the money is split between the Town of Dedham and a charity of Mary's choice.
