Mom & Baby Yoga

The benefits of yoga after childbirth are many: you can regain your strength, benefit from relaxation, relieve sore muscles, and promote a sense of wellbeing. This class adds an extra bonus of letting you bond with your baby at the same time. Taught by Bec Conant, a certified prenatal yoga teacher, a HypnoBirthing educator, and a birth doula.
