Consider Hale Day Camp at Hale Reservation in
Westwood MA
Located 5 miles from Boston
and situated on 1,137 acres of unspoiled woodlands, winding streams, extensive
hiking trails and scenic ponds, Hale Day Camp offers the perfect backdrop for a
summer of outdoor exploration and learning. Hale Day Camp offers two specialty
camps (mountain Bikers and Outdoor Adventures) for incoming 4th-8th graders as
well as a traditional day camp. Traditional camp activities include swimming,
boating, nature education, archery, outdoor adventures, sports, games and arts
and crafts. Hale Day Camp’s campus consists of two playing fields, a private
swimming beach with changing area and bathroom, an outdoor activity pavilion,
an Arts & Crafts cabin, Worthington and Powissett Lodges. Transportation is
included in the fee with round-trip service to Westwood, Dover, Wellesley, Needham,
Newton, Medfield, Walpole, Dedham, Norwood, West Roxbury, Roslindale, Jamaica
Plain, and Brookline.
