Local Chef Jasper White to be on Top Chef

Jasper White, a chef at the Summer Shack seafood restaurant in Dedham, will be a judge on Bravo’s Top Chef tonight.

The episode is entitled Clean Up in Aisle 2! and will feature a New England clam chowder challenge. It premieres at 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 10.

The Summer Shack in Dedham, which is one of four locations, is located on 850 Providence Highway. They offer a large array of traditional and modern seafood dishes.
