Police Log: Heroin Leads to Crash, Mom Takes Lingerie from Sears

Sunday, April 8

- At 9:03 p.m., Michelle Fay, 47 of Dorchester, was arrested on three outstanding warrants.
- At 11:57 p..m., police arrested Olateju Hafiz Eguntola, 24 of Hyde Park, for driving with a suspended license.
Friday, April 6
- At 2:10 p.m., police arrested 40-year-old Julya Goloshinsky, of Newton, for allegedly stealing $409 worth of merchandise, including lingerie, from with her 5-year-old son in tow. Goloshinsky then attempted to return the merchandise for money without a receipt. Goloshinsky was charged with larceny over $250.
- At 4:19 p.m., police were called to Petroleum Express for a verbal argument over a gas pump Once police arrived, "peace [was] restored."

- At 5:35 p.m., police responded to the intersection of Bussey and Thomas streets for a report of a three-car crash. During the investigation, the driver of one of the involved cars, Joan Moore, admitted to police that she had just recently injected heroin into her arm, according to a police report. Police said they found two unused needles inside her car and noticed a fresh needle puncture wound on her arm. Moore, 25 of West Roxbury, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs, operating to endanger and a marked lanes violation.
