Motherbrook Arts & Community Center Holds Story Slam: Sibling Rivalry

This Thursday, December 17, doors open at 7:00 pm. Tickets are $10.00 in advance or $15.00 at the door

Did your parents ever make you share a “Get Along Shirt?” Do you find the poem “One Sister for Sale” by Shel Silverstein inspiring? Take a break from the holiday hustle and bustle and join us for our monthly Story Slam on Thursday, December 17. The doors open at 7:00 pm and stories start at 7:30 pm. Come and share your own story of sibling rivalry or listen to outrageous true tales from here and beyond. Story tellers drop their name in a hat and are chosen at random to compete against other story tellers for the best theme related story of the evening. Cash prizes for the top stories of the evening. There is a cash bar, complementary appetizers, and free parking.

Tickets are $10.00 in advance | $15.00 at the door
