Survivor Update: Dedham's Bret LaBell Makes it to Final Episode

It's down to six people on this Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X.

DEDHAM, MA — There's one more episode left in this season of Survivor and Dedham's Bret LaBelle is still standing.

With six survivors left, the Boston police sergeant has made it to the final episode, giving him a shot at the $1 million grand prize. Wednesday night, Will Wahl and Sunday Burquest were voted out of the tribe.

In the two-hour finale, three people will be voted out before one last vote to pick the winner is taken at the end of the episode. The 10-person jury made up of members of the merged tribe will vote on which of the last three contestants should win this season's game.

Interesting enough, the last six has an even split of millennials and Gen-Xers. Adam Klein, Hannah Shapiro, and Jay Starrett are the remaining millennials and Bret, Ken McNickle, and David Wright are the last members of Generation X standing.

What could be a challenge for Bret is a lack of an alliance. Going into the episode, he was left with Sunday and Adam as allies but given the high number of blindsides and wasted hidden immunity idols, no one is out of the running for the grand prize.
