The US has not yet formulated the national policies needed to provide a continuing and increasing supply of cheap power that will sustain our way of life into the future. This is especially relevant in light of the current turmoil in Northern Africa and Middle East. This lecture/discussion course will examine the problem from all points of view and propose a strategy/roadmap to potential solutions and effective policy. Course will be taught by Charlie Williams, a Chemical Engineer with years of experience in industrial and government research and development. This is part of the Sherborn Lifetime Learning program.
