• Infrastructure work for Erving housing complex expected to go out to bid this fall (recorder.com) — Erving's Evergreen Circle senior and multigenerational housing project is nearing a key step, with water, sewer, electrical, and pump station work expected to go out to bid this fall pending Selectboard approval. Officials are still closing a $650,000 funding gap and exploring a new state Housing Choice designation to unlock more grants, aiming for infrastructure construction to start in the spring.
