Falmouth Disturbance Leads To Narcotics Seizure And Arrest: Cops

Detectives obtained a search warrant for the residence and a vehicle, police said.

FALMOUTH, MA — A disturbance at a residence on East Falmouth Highway led to a narcotics seizure and arrest, police said.

Shortly after midnight Friday, Falmouth police officers and Barnstable County deputies responded to the home to investigate a report of a disturbance, the Falmouth Police Department said in a media release.

"During the investigation, officers developed probable cause to believe that one of the involved parties was in possession of illegal narcotics," the release said.

Detectives obtained a search warrant for the residence and a vehicle at the scene, according to the release, and shortly before 7:30 a.m., commenced their search.

Officers found a "large quantity of narcotics and items consistent with the distribution of illegal drugs," the release said.

"In total, officers seized approximately 120 grams of cocaine, hallucinogens, and steroids," according to the release. "Investigators also seized $3,172 in cash, cutting agents, plastic baggies, and a digital scale."

Following the investigation, 30-year-old Falmouth resident Jason Hendricks-Tobey was charged with trafficking in cocaine and possession of a controlled substance, per the release.

"Hendricks-Tobey was arraigned (Monday) at Falmouth District Court and ordered held," the release said.
