AG Maura Healys' predecessor, Martha Coakley, a wind turbine advocate sat on her hands while state politicians created a group of second class citizens in over twenty one communities in Massachusetts with poorly placed commercial wind turbines. Citizens describe the noise as torture from lack of sleep.
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center a semi quasi state agency with no legislative or judicial oversight helped installed commercial wind turbines far too close to residential homes.

Falmouth, Massachusetts is ground zero for poorly placed wind turbines in the United States.
The wind turbine installations in Falmouth has a long history of so called "mistakes" and "omissions." The Falmouth installation included hidden written noise letters, emails, memos and maps. The installation included 5 million dollars in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) funds and an EPA waiver to buy foreign wind turbines after General Electric a domestic company refused to build even one turbine.
Falmouth, Massachusetts has spent hundreds of thousands of wind turbine litigation with lawsuits scheduled through 2017 over noise.The neighbors of the turbines are spending their life savings protecting their health and property rights.
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center is helping the Town of Falmouth finance its litigation costs with taxpayer resources while the residents suffering from the turbines who live and pay the taxes are paying their own legal fees. The attorney general needs to look into the entire ongoing legal quagmire.
Former Attorney General Martha Coakley was well versed in litigation and understands 42 U.S.C. 1983 Civil action for deprivation of rights yet chose to ignore the wind turbine victims for a state wind turbine agenda of 2000 megawatts of wind power by the year 2020. Today the wind agenda is a well known failed agenda that politicians just want to turn the page and squash home owners like a fly on the wall hoping they just go away.
Martha Coakley ran for governor of Massachusetts and lost by a narrow margin of less than 2 percent. The polls say she lost because of the support among independents.
Martha Coakley after she lost the race for governor went on to work for a large Boston law firm that specializes in commercial wind turbine installations. This is called Beacon Hill politics while the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center a semi quasi state agency continues to operate with no legislative or judicial oversight.
The news media and local Democrats do not want to take into account twenty one plus towns in Massachusetts that have poorly placed wind turbines taking the health and property rights of its citizens. Who did they vote for ? Not Martha Coakley which could believe it or not easily count for the two percent loss.
They say the new Attorney General Maura Healey, someday, could be the AG who runs for governor in our state and breaks the curse.
Maura Healey is fighting opiate abuse, which she has called a “public health crisis ” but what about the twenty one communities living under the blades of the commercial wind turbines ? The state through the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center has created its own health and property taking problem in twenty one towns.
Attorney General Maura Healey says diversifying our energy sources by incorporating additional renewable energy, including solar, wind, and environmentally responsible hydropower is the future. Commercial wind turbines need to be responsibly installed not Ad Hoc.
Attorney General Maura Healey is the chief lawyer and law enforcement officer of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The AG must take into account the safety and health of all the residents of Massachusetts not a commercial wind turbine agenda gone horribly wrong.
The Attorney General has to be an advocate and resource for all the residents of Massachusetts.
This includes protecting consumers, protecting civil rights and most importantly fighting fraud and corruption.
If Attorney General Maura Healey gets the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center under control and finds a solution to the poor placement of commercial wind turbines in twenty one Massachusetts communities she could very well be the first woman governor or who knows president.
