Caroline Buccino is the library’s artist of the month for June. Whether working with florals, shells, printmaking, or collage, her art reflects an ongoing fascination with recreating the organic textures and movement found along the coast. Caroline holds a Master’s Degree in in oboe performance from New England Conservatory and serves as Music Director and Arts Department Chair at Falmouth Academy. Works on display will be for sale.
In addition to original pieces, Caroline creates custom commissioned works and shares her art through her website Artbybuccino.com and at local art fairs throughout the summer. Caroline also teaches group classes, making art accessible and fun for everyone. Her next class is Monday, June 15 from 6–8 p.m. at Uva Wine Bar.
