SULLIVAN, ASHLEY A., 20, 17 Briggs Avenue, Plymouth; receiving stolen property worth less than $250. Pretrial hearing scheduled for April 17.

DEPINA, JONATHAN, 23, 5 Mayflower Lane, East Wareham; home invasion, assault and battery with a deadly weapon, armed and/or masked robbery, malicious destruction of property worth more than $250. Nolle prosequi.

DEPINA, PATRICIA L., 28, 252 County Street, New Bedford; larceny of less than $250 (five counts). Continued without finding until Jan. 18, 2013.

ENCARNACION, ANTHONY R., 25, 207 Quaker Meetinghouse Road, East Sandwich; possession of a class B drug (subsequent offense), possession of a class C drug. Continued without finding until July 18.

FEELY JUNIOR, KEVIN J., 22, 28 Sampson Common Street, Plymouth; improper use of a credit card of more than $250, larceny of more than $250 by a single scheme. Dismissed due to insufficient evidence.
