Details From Fatal Christmas-Themed Train Crash Revealed
The Plymouth County DA's office said none of the 355 passengers aboard the train were injured.

WAREHAM, MA — The Christmas-themed train that fatally struck two people Saturday night was full of first responders and their families, most with young children.
The train struck and killed a 33-year-old woman and 36-year-old man around 7:30 p.m., the Plymouth County District Attorney Tim Cruz's office said in a statement Sunday. The victims have not been identified.
The DA's office said the conductor attempted to stop the train before it struck the victims.

The scenic train, which left Buzzards Bay about 30 minutes prior, was carrying 355 passengers. No one aboard was injured.
The crash is still being investigated.
