Meet the Chef: by Dana and Art Tillman of Dana's Kitchen

On Sunday, April 7th at 11:00 am with a presentation by Dana and Art Tillman of Dana's Kitchen who will present "Farm to Table" organic salads and desserts.  Mr. and Mrs. Tillman are graduates of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, where they met the first day of class. Dana's repertoire includes cold and hot foods, pastry making, baking and displays for culinary competitions as well as food styling for photography. Art's background is in hot foods, menu making, purchasing and marketing.
