SmarterCape Summit 2

The SmarterCape Summit 2 will be held on May 14th and 15th at the Sea Crest Beach Hotel in Falmouth, MA to pull people together and brainstorm innovative ideas for the Cape’s economy. The Partnership will be featuring powerful plenary sessions and seven themes for breakout sessions – environment, economy, development, education, healthcare, transportation, and government. 

SmarterCape Summit has confirmed Craig Settles, Host, Gigabit Nation as one of their keynote speakers. Mr. Settles is a prominent thought leader on executing appropriate broadband strategies who will present how to cut costs, improve business operations and increase revenue.

Also Joanne Hovis, President of Columbia Telecommunications Corporation has been confirmed to present at the Summit. . Ms. Hovis is a recognized authority on the broadband market and community broadband topics—and on the evolving role of government in the provision of communications services to the public.
