Falmouth 110 Decibel Wind Turbine "Dog & Pony" Show Video
Falmouth Three Ring Circus Featuring: Falmouth Town Attorney, Select Board Chair, Town Manager - Continue To Hide Vestas 2010 Noise Warning

This Falmouth "Dog and Pony Show" is an elaborate act of BS, used to distract attention away from the sheer uselessness of the actual wind turbine project or act in this case the August 2010 Vestas 110 decibel noise warning letter to the Town of Falmouth.
This disparaging term Dog and Pony show go back to the 1920s when the actual dog and pony show competed in a circus and is now the Falmouth wind turbine health fiasco.
This three-ring circus is now a video with three performances going on all at once. An example of a three-ring circus is a performance put on by Ringling Brothers but in this case, its a video put together by Falmouth Town Attorney, Select Board Chair and Town Manager.

The Vestas V-82 type 1.65 megawatt wind turbine is known by all Falmouth officials to generate 110 decibels of noise. The chronic turbine noise contributes to cardiovascular disease; lack of sleep, hearing loss, tinnitus and stress; and increased changes in blood pressure and heart health as reported to the Falmouth Board of Health.
The current Select Board Members in 2018 have never acknowledged the eight-year-old wind turbine Vestas 110 decibel warning letter: For eight years the Town of Falmouth has put the safety and health of those around the wind turbines at risk.

RE: Falmouth WWTF Wind Energy Facility II "Wind II", Falmouth, MA Contract No. #3297
Dear Mr. Potamis,
"Due to the sound concerns regarding the first wind turbine installed at the wastewater treatment facility, the manufacturer of the turbines, Vestas, is keen for the Town of Falmouth to understand the possible noise and other risks associated with the installation of the second wind turbine. The Town has previously been provided with the Octave Band Data / Sound performance for the V82 turbine. This shows that the turbine normally operates at 103.2dB but the manufacturer has also stated that it may produce up to 110dB under certain circumstances."
Watch the video as Falmouth Select Board Chair acts as the Moderator asking two hired town officials the Town Attorney and Town Manager questions but never asks questions over health and safety. In particular, the Vestas 110 decibel noise warning letter the town has had in its possession for over eight years.
The omissions in this interview given on a Falmouth local public TV station are an insult to the public's intelligence and a stain on the reputation of all the Falmouth Select Board Members: According to an acoustic expert one Falmouth Vestas V-82 wind turbine needs setbacks of 2923 feet. ( that letter also remains hidden)
(After this video, the Select Board has decided to deny “due process” and “equal protection” moving Falmouth Wind II spending $14,000.00 on a new study using the old data prior to construction of the wind turbines.)
