Falmouth More Missing Wind Turbine Documents Hit Catch -22
In 2009 Heather Harper: Told TM The Town Passed A Technical Feasibility Test and Had A Relevant Two Turbine Configuration -Where Are They ?

Concerns continue over the taxpayers and the public's right to view documents the Falmouth Zoning Board and Massachusetts Court System are relying on to reach its decisions in the case which have resulted in embarrassing conduct with no public ramifications hiding documents. The town has never made public the August 2010 Vestas 110 decibel noise warning letter and now more?
Now the Falmouth Technical Feasibility Test and Relevant Two Turbine Configuration Documents Missing from 2009 ?
At Special Town Meeting,TM, June 2009 Assistant Town Manager Heather Harper told Town Meeting Members the town passed a Technical Feasibility Test & had prior studies done which are relevant for a (2) two turbine configuration. The question is where are they ?

The Falmouth Select Board meets in executive session on April 23, 2018 to discuss resolution of all turbine litigation. The board should make these documents public on the town web site.
The Select Board should make available the Falmouth Technical Feasibility Test discussed at the June 29, 2009 Town Meeting.

The Select Board should make available the prior studies done before the June 29, 2009 Town Meeting showing that prior studies that we have done are relevant for a two-turbine configuration.
Catch 22 - a difficult situation in which the solution to a problem is impossible because it is also the cause of the problem: Barnstable Superior Court Judge Cornelius Moriarty issued the order to shut down Falmouth's Wind 1 and Wind 2 on June 20, 2017. The judge denied the appeal brought by Falmouth selectmen against the Zoning Board of Appeals.
The "Friends of Falmouth Wind" continue to file litigation in the Massachusetts Superior Appeals Court.
