The Falmouth Select Board has not appointed an Ad Hoc committee to remove the wind turbines but did in July apply for a 3 million interest loan reduction for the legally shut down wind turbines.

According to Susan Perez, the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Clean Water Trust the Town of Falmouth in July applied for and was granted a 3 million dollar interest break on wind turbine loans as the turbines were shut down. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds were to buy American and put Americans to work not buy a foreign wind turbine taking the health and property rights of our citizens!

The Town of Falmouth through the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection using state SRF, State Revolving Funds, entering into a "Project Regulatory Agreement" power production agreement over the turbines. The PRA, "Project Regulatory Agreement" conflicts with the MassDEP state noise guidelines.

The PRA a power production agreement is the reason the MassDEP failed to enforce noise regulations in Falmouth and then statewide.
