Falmouth Select Board : Susan L. Moran, Chairman--Megan English Braga, Vice Chairman--Doug Jones--Samuel H. Patterson--Douglas C. Brown. Time to admit the wind turbines are a health hazard release all the documents to the public.
The current Falmouth Select Board has to stop the eight-year-long practice of hiding wind turbine documents from the public.
The hidden 110-decibel warning letter prior to construction of wind turbines. Why not just tell the public how dangerous the turbines are?

The last week of October 2018 the board received and is hiding another letter about again health & safety.
From : Acoustic expert Robert W. Rand, Member ASA, INCE
TO: Mr. Julian M. Suso, Town Manager, Mr. Rod Palmer, Building Commissioner
Re: Wind Turbine Relocation Study, Weston & Sampson Report, October 12, 2018
"The distance to meet 40 dBA for Wind II, a Vestas V82 with sound power level of 110 dBA, is approximately 891 meters or 2923 feet. This is greater than the setback distances provided by the proposed new location. The proposed new location is still too close."

The Falmouth Select Board has also failed business due diligence.
The board should have hired a mechanical engineer or firm with expertise in drive train inspection and reliability that included a blade inspection. The National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) Gearbox Reliability Collaborative (GRC) was established by the U.S. Department of Energy. Why hasn't Falmouth Wind II had a detailed visual and borescope inspection and blade inspection?
Do they want you to pay millions more for blades & bearings after the turbine is moved?
The political wind turbine “fanatic” is also dishonest, for he or she is blinded by the conviction that they are absolutely right in all cases. It's time to stop the omission of emails, memos, letters and maps show the health and safety hazard. One 110 decibel wind turbine needs a setback of 2923 feet.
July 10, 2017, Susan Moran, the chairwoman of the Board of Selectmen, said: "It's time to put the matter behind us and move forward."
October 15, 2018, Susan Moran, the chairwoman of the Board of Selectmen, announced the plan to move Falmouth Wind II without an expert acoustic study or an expert overall review of the condition of the wind turbine by a reliable mechanical engineer.
The Falmouth Select Board and town residents need to review this July 2017 video by Dave Moriarty
David Moriarty, a resident of Town of Falmouth, talks to the audience about the current status of the town-owned wind turbines in Falmouth, MA after court injunction, and urges people in town to get involved with local decision makers and elected officials to stop appeal process which will be expensive and probably not succeed.
Moriarty says we are all responsible for when we let elected officials do as they please with public money, who then may lie to get away with it after the fact, and we have to hold them accountable.
