This is the same land that had the hearing continued at the Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals 4 days earlier !!!!

Note# Town of Falmouth omission of documents in the past : All wind turbine documents were supposed to be posted on the town website. The warning 110-decibel warning letter, memos, emails and maps still have not been posted. The documents have been presented to the Massachusetts Superior Court and the Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals.
The current Falmouth Select Board is aware the documents have never been posted
