Falmouth Turbine Blows Deval Patrick Democratic Presidential Bid

Former Gov. Deval Patrick Haunted By August 3, 2010, Hidden Wind Turbine Letter That Caused Massive Litigation, Health, Property Takings

Another Democratic Party-Green Energy Fiasco Taking Health & Property Rights

Over the past few years, two-term former Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick and the Democratic National Party explored the possibility of running for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2020.

Patrick has stated he won't pursue a Presidential bid because of: “the cruelty of our elections process?” For the definition of cruelty, we need to look at the former governor his administration and what neighbors describe the noise and shadow flicker as wind turbine torture.

First, we need to look at what happened during the Deval Patrick administration as he was an advocate for 2000 megawatts of land-based wind turbine power that took the health and property rights of twenty-one communities. Wind turbine contractors know him as aka (sally.reynolds@state.ma.us)

The bogus state wind turbine report 2012 using low noise decibel wind turbines:

Former Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick administration in 2012 produced the "Wind Turbine Health Impact Study": "Report of Independent Expert Panel January 2012 Prepared for Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection Massachusetts Department of Public Health."

The expert wind turbine panel appointed by Deval Patrick was: Jeffrey M. Ellenbogen, MD; MMSc- Sheryl Grace, Ph.D.; MS- Wendy J Heiger-Bernays, Ph.D.- James F. Manwell, PhD-Dora Anne Mills, MD, MPH, FAAP- Kimberly A. Sullivan, Ph.D.- Marc G. Weisskopf, ScD Epidemiology; - Susan L. Santos, Ph.D., These experts have had eight years to make corrections in the 2012 report and put their own reputations at risk for a failed state wind turbine agenda.

The expert panel used a wind turbine half as loud as the Falmouth wind turbine to get their end result. The"mistake" as they always say resulted in as many as eight more years of needless litigation in Falmouth and other communities. The Town of Falmouth and state officials knew prior to the Wind Turbine Health Impact Study they were hiding documents which also included noise maps from the year 2005, emails, memos and of course the Vestas noise warning letter of 110 decibels of noise.

The Town of Falmouth and state officials continue to hide August 3, 2010, Vestas wind turbine company 110-decibel noise warning letter written two years before the bogus Massachusetts Wind Turbine Health Impact Study. This letter makes fools of the expert panel and the schools they attended.

The Falmouth wind turbine is twice as loud as the wind turbine used in the state health study and others found around the state of Massachusetts are also louder than the report states.

Devastating Wind turbine letter released through FOIA but still hidden from the general public:

RE: Falmouth WWTF Wind Energy Facility II "Wind II", Falmouth, MA
Contract No. #3297

Dear ...........,
Due to the sound concerns regarding the first wind turbine installed at the wastewater treatment facility, the manufacturer of the turbines, Vestas, is keen for the Town of Falmouth to understand the possible noise and other risks associated with the installation of the second wind turbine.

The Town has previously been provided with the Octave Band Data / Sound performance for the V82 turbine. This shows that the turbine normally operates at 103.2dB but the manufacturer has also stated that it may produce up to 110dB under certain circumstances.
