Falmouth Wind Turbine "Ecofascism" #NewGreenDeal
A request for proposals, RFP, will be issued by Falmouth for two wind turbines to either sell the turbines or lease property out of town.

Eco-fascists:
Despite the Massachusetts courts shutting down the two Vestas V-82 type 1.65 megawatt chest pounding commercial wind turbines in June of 2017 after two years the Town of Falmouth continues to conduct wind turbine feasibility studies with an engineering company, pay maintenance contracts, parasitic electric power going into turbines, taking 3 months to write a Request for Proposal, breaking bylaws that require removal after one year and all at taxpayers expense! The town continues to spend tens of thousands two years after the shutdown.
Eco-fascists use propaganda for the "Green New Deal." In Falmouth, the town installed the wind turbines by simply omitting all the negative information, KEMA Inc. noise maps from 2005, emails, memos, warning letters and a promise of a revenue stream that would last forever. Town officials even told Town Meeting Members at a rare Special Town Meeting in June of 2009 that the money for Falmouth wind turbine number two was free money. They have been lying by omission for ten years.

The wind turbine "experience" in Falmouth has taken on the political ramifications of the 'Green Wing' of German fascism during World War II which is a sobering reminder of the political volatility of ecology. The reappearance of wind turbine ecofascism in Falmouth threatens all the freedoms the left movements have managed to gain over the last 70 years.
Wind turbine "Ecofascism" is a political model in which the government officials and media require individuals to sacrifice their own health and property while they are enriched.

News Media:
Today your local news media is making money believing they have the right to use all means necessary to save the environment, including taking your health and property rights as witnessed in Falmouth, Massachusetts.
The wind turbine lobbyist pays the PAC, political action committee, to get politicians reelected and the politicians become the sales representatives of the wind industry selling you a bad product taking your health, property rights, and your savings through other taxes like wind turbine renewable energy taxes.
Voters falsely believe the media presents balanced news on commercial wind turbines but investigative journalism is today far too expensive and easier to go with the political narrative climate change is more important than for example than 70,200 Americans who died from drug overdoses in 2017.
Your media and politicians hide the facts on average, hundreds of Americans die every day from an opioid overdose but can not tell you how many are dying from climate change every day but you need a commercial wind turbine in your backyard or in the ocean while your next door neighbor dies of a drug overdose.
Many ask how does the news media make money on wind turbines? They rewrite press releases that you pay to read in their media through advertising or you purchase out of pocket. In order to get your story in the newspaper, you have to hire for example a former state official who has a lobbying firm or consulting firm who will press your story with the Massachusetts state legislators and executive-branch officials who in turn write press releases that the newspapers and all other media rewrite as news stories in which case everyone but you the taxpayers make money.
The Cape Cod news media has for years failed to report the wind turbine maintenance problems. The industry long ago has shifted away from gear-driven commercial turbines over highly publicized gearbox failures worldwide. As a matter of fact, when the turbines first get installed they appear on the front page for months as if it was a revelation.
When the gearboxes fail right in your own back yard like the privately owned Falmouth Vestas V-82 wind turbine or the Fuhrlander at Otis Air Base the story is only a few sentences long on the last page with the cost of replacement missing.
Wind Industry:
The wind turbine industry hires these consulting firms as a means of doing business. Homeowners and taxpayers protecting their health and property rights end up spending their life savings hiring law firms. Everyone makes money except the taxpayer influenced by one-sided news media propaganda aka your getting taken to the cleaners. How much longer before you realize you're placing a rope around your own neck with your own tax dollars?
Taxpayers should ask their officials why is the Town of Falmouth hiding a Vestas letter warning their town-owned wind turbines installed in 2010 generate 110 decibels of noise.
Politicians government officials:
State officials know they failed due diligence ignoring the 1980s NASA and US Department of Energy wind turbine experiments at Boone, North Carolina. In 1985 the wind turbine caused headaches, ringing in the ears, insomnia, and dizziness. As soon as the Falmouth Vestas V-82 type 1.65 megawatt wind turbines started to spin 67 people reported to the Falmouth Board of Health the same symptoms people reported 40 years ago. What else did they think was going to happen?
The U.S. National Renewable Energy Laboratory’s (NREL) wind technology center concluded that most wind turbine gearboxes would fail “well before” their 20-year design life. One example is the Vestas wind turbines in the U.K.’s offshore Kentish Flats had 30 gearbox failures in the first two years of operation. The Town of Falmouth paid an engineering firm $14,000.00 to tell the town voters their Vestas turbines will last 30 years but left out how much it costs to keep them running for 30 years.
Falmouth taxpayers and voters have been kept in the dark like Mushrooms for years. In 2005 the semi-quasi state agency today known as the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center owned the Vestas V-82 wind turbines. No one in the state would take them until the state agency paid Falmouth one million in advance to take one off their hands.
Falmouth suffered ten years of court litigation over these loud turbines and now they plan to keep moving them or sell them? If no one wanted them in 2005 who wants two gear driven 110-decibel wind turbines ten years old today?
Finally, the Town of Falmouth wind turbine Request for Proposal, RFP, faces the Massachusetts General Laws and the Uniform Procurement Act. Under these regulations, the town must provide all specifications including the Vestas wind turbine company written noise warning to Town of Falmouth, August 3, 2010.
Warning :
"The Town has previously been provided with the Octave Band Data / Sound performance for the V82 turbine. This shows that the turbine normally operates at 103.2dB but the manufacturer has also stated that it may produce up to 110dB under certain circumstances."
