In January of 2019, the Falmouth Select Board unanimously voted four months ago to direct Town Manager Julian Suso and Town Counsel Frank Duffy to prepare three requests for proposals (RFPs) to either sell the turbines or move them out of town.
As of May 1, 2019, there is no RFP.
The Town of Falmouth at taxpayers expense continues to follow the failed economic ideas of the international order of Socialist Globalization against Capitalism using expensive megawatt wind turbines to redistribute resources to the ruling class.

This is how we know:
First former Democrat Deval Patrick blew 58 million giving Evergreen Solar Company taxpayers funds for a plant at Fort Devens. The company took the cash and moved to Chinna.

The governor then went on to build the New Bedford Marine Commerce Terminal for 35 million in what now has turned into a 150 million dollar ocean wind turbine port with no rail link, no large cranes and requires more dredging including PCBs for five miles out to sea and to top it off wind turbine jack-up barges won't fit through the 120 foot wide hurricane gates.
Governor Patrick's top failure is the Massachusetts Recovery Plan involving the Department of Energy Resources (DOER) and the Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) which destroyed twenty-one communities with massive commercial megawatt wind turbines.
Patrick was the architect of Massachusetts being awarded $185 million in federal stimulus funds awarded to Massachusetts by US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) through the State Revolving Fund (SRF) administered by MassDEP.
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds were used in part to purchase wind turbines that state and local officials new exceeded state noise guidelines in an effort to reach a goal of 2000 megawatts for wind turbine power by the year 2020. The program is a massive health problem today with state and local officials and the news media doing everything possible to hide the truth.
Proof of the disaster is a Falmouth letter still hidden from the public today written in 2010 :
The Town of Falmouth had previously been provided with the Octave Band Data / Sound performance for their V82 turbine. This shows that the turbine normally operates at 103.2dB but the manufacturer has also stated that it may produce up to 110dB under certain circumstances.
The Massachusetts court system shut down the Falmouth town-owned turbines in June of 2017. The Falmouth Building Commissioner ordered one of the turbines to be removed in December of 2017.
Falmouth Town Manager Julian M. Suso told selectmen at their meeting on Monday, March 11, 2019, that an RFP to sell or move the turbines would be ready by April of 2019 but again after years of lawsuits and procrastination the town appears to be lying by omission again and again. The town continues to break their own zoning regulations.
The Massachusetts Democratic Party is following the national socialistic agenda is to fight climate change as if it is a real war. The results are the destruction of twenty-one Massachusetts communities taking health and property rights with no compensation.
Our renewable energy projects under the Massachusetts state government is supposed to work for all of us, but instead, it has become a tool for the wealthy and well-connected wind turbine industry which also includes the news media and fake journalist.
The whole wind turbine scam is propped up by an echo chamber of climate change fear and hate, designed to distract and divide us taking our health and leaving the taxpayers paying all the bills.
In memory of John Clark Alexander, of Florida, Massachusetts died, February 9, 2016, at his home.
Jack Alexander was unable to leave the property he loved. Wind development destroyed his peace and tranquility.
His suicide should have been prevented if the DEP, BOH AG, governor, ... intervened to protect public health.
Jack was tormented by the wind turbine demons: audible and inaudible (infra-sound).
His last words to friends; "I can't take it anymore, I don't know what to do, ... something must change".
Jack died alone on a cold winter night at one of his favorite places beneath those damn wind turbines.
NIMBY - Used to mean "not in my back yard" but Massachusetts politicians have stated publicly about the wind turbine program you have to break a few eggs to make an omelet .
Today NIMBY means "next it may be you" and your paying for it - vote these people out!
