A participant also suggested a request for forgiveness of the REC pre-­‐payment.

The group also felt that the town should ask about financial aid to help with the packages, whatever they might be.

A participant asked Julian Suso, Town Manager, about the status of the Wind 2 grant.

Julian stated that the Town doesn’t have a clear answer.

He explained that there are a series of possibilities, none of which is definitive.

Town of Falmouth agreed to enter honest open negotiations with wind turbine victims to resolve a noise described as torture from the wind turbines.

The Falmouth Wind Turbine Options Analysis WTOP overseen by the Consensus Building Institute was never given the Vestas noise warning letter of 110 decibels of chest pounding noise the town had the letter since August of 2010

The Falmouth Wind Turbine Options Analysis WTOP overseen by the Consensus Building Institute video of that meeting( 9-12-2012) was "lost " never shown on Falmouth Community TV. All others were shown on local cable TV
