Falmouth Wind Turbine II Study Where Is Waldo?
Waldo is a colourful cartoon character known for his distinct wardrobe hard to find in pictures. In this case, it is the Notus wind turbine.

Last Monday night October 15, 2018, the Falmouth Select Board introduced the $14,000.00 wind turbine study to spend 3 million to move Falmouth wind turbine #2.
The presentation consisted of tables and maps. Of particular interest is the new location of Falmouth Wind II the second wind turbine purchased by the Town of Falmouth and the new location.
The map shows Falmouth Wind I removed and Falmouth Wind II turbine moved to the east and surrounding properties. The map shows a circle around the new location of the turbine for the setbacks. The presenter assured the public the noise levels are safe for the new location.

The past installations of the Falmouth wind turbines have always had one thing in common: You have to find what is missing or omitted from the studies such as emails, letters, memos and maps that show the turbines should never have built in the first place.
The map shown to the public on Monday night is no exception. Where is the Notus private owned Vestas V-82 type 1.65 megawatt wind turbine on the map? The property location of the Notus turbine is there but NO wind turbine?

What is the proximity of the new location of Falmouth Wind II to the Notus wind turbine and what is the noise level of both turbines together?
The Notus wind turbine like the Falmouth town owned wind turbines also produces up to 110 decibels of noise.
Does deja vu exist? Yes. After the original installation of Falmouth wind turbine # 1 (Falmouth Wind I), there was no study to determine the sound levels of Falmouth Wind I and Falmouth Wind II working together.
The town used the studies for the installation of the first turbine for the second turbine ignoring an increase in noise by two turbines.
The question now is why did they leave the Notus turbine out of the setback map?
