Falmouth Wind Turbine Land Court Case Moves Forward
Expert disclosures due Falmouth Land Court case by next Friday September 30, 2016. Sal DiMasi below currently serving 8 years federal prison

Town of Falmouth v. Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals
On April 28,2016 additional Falmouth wind turbine litigation was filed in Massachusetts Land Court.
The case will be heard by Massachusetts Land Court Judge Robert B. Foster.

Judge Foster was nominated to the court by former Governor Deval Patrick on September 27, 2011.
Former Governor Deval Patrick a wind turbine advocate himself during his administration used the email address sally.reynolds@state.ma.us to avoid Freedom of Information Requests. It is believed the governor used the fake email address in discussions with wind turbine contractors.

The state of Massachusetts has never released the sally.reynolds@state.ma.us emails. The former governor admitted at the federal trial of Massachusetts House Speaker and convicted felon Salvatore F. DiMasi that he did use the fake email address.
Former Massachusetts House Speaker and convicted felon Salvatore F. DiMasi still sits in an undisclosed federal prison today with cancer. Sal DiMasi is the father of the Massachusetts Green Communities Act. The Green Communities Act has caused the poor placement of commercial megawatt wind turbines in twenty one Massachusetts communities.
On June 24, 2016 Attorney Christopher Senie participated on behalf of parties bringing motion to intervene in the current Falmouth Land Court case
Expert disclosures are due in the Falmouth Land Court case by next Friday September 30, 2016.
